Tim Ryan
Specializing in 1:1 and group sports and fitness instruction, Tim brings a strong background in strength and conditioning, as well as sports performance development. He works with youth athletes of all ages, helping them improve strength, agility, and speed with training tailored to their specific sport or upcoming combines and camps.
Tim also leads IT83’s Small Group Circuit Training sessions, held Monday through Thursday at 8:45am, giving members a chance to push themselves in a fun, high-energy environment.
